Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to drive new business opportunities and own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract finalization and implementation. Frequent domestic travel is required for client visits and onsite meetings.

The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, executive-level communications, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce. A high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred, with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory and expand client base.
• Maintain ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure and implementation.
• Prepare executive summaries and manage CRM data to forecast pipeline.
