Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring for an on-site Maintenance Associate to uphold the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team by inspecting areas, handling turnovers, and addressing routine requests.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation, physical ability to work outdoors in all weather, and flexibility to cover on-call hours evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform inside/outside work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to take call during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and common areas to keep them neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist in make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and support the make-ready turnover.
