Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the property grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at a high standard. You will support the service team, help with turnover, and ensure secure, well-maintained common areas.

The role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operations on site and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Emphasis is on safety, customer service, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and keep common areas neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and handles disposal and storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists make-ready in the turnover process.
• Changes all locks and ensures pool gates operate per codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Delivers courteous customer service, answers resident questions, and handles complaints.
• Follows Greystar safety policies and completes required training; reports incidents promptly.
