Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community clean and well-maintained. You will collaborate with the service team to handle make-ready tasks, remove litter, and ensure safety standards are met across common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste; prepare vacant units for turnover.
• Assist with make-ready process and respond to routine service requests.
• Change locks per policy; ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist in safety trainings.
