Job summary

Menorah Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Program Administrator for Graduate Medical Education. Based onsite, you will support administrative, operational and financial management for residency programs, handling recruitment, onboarding, and accreditation compliance.

You will liaise with residents and faculty, oversee events and budgets, and contribute to program updates and site visits as part of a larger healthcare education network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferably Graduate Medical Education or education).
• TAGME certification highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, online meeting platforms, email and other forms of electronic communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP process.
• Assist in ensuring program accreditation compliance for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for residents/fellows.
• Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience for residents and faculty.
• Coordinate events, budgeting, ACGE updates, and accreditation site visits.
