Job summary

Propelis is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client and agency teams for a dedicated client, with responsibilities spanning from photo process to artwork development. You’ll work from our near-site office and focus on building partnerships across client/vendor teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and at least five years of Production/Project Management experience in a design/CPG environment, with strong organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Production/Project Management experience in a design, packaging or engineering agency environment preferred.
• Understanding of the creative and production process in CPG/packaging is a plus.
• Ability to facilitate and manage project workflows, timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be the dependable day-to-day primary point of contact for assigned client/agency work, including photo process and artwork development management.
• Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with client/agency/vendor teams.
• Partner with the client team to anticipate workload and manage timelines.
• Learn product life cycle, workflow, and development phases to meet deliverables.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with all teams to track progress and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Lead Designers and Production Artists to keep all parties informed and on task.
• Escalate issues to the Account Director when needed and manage resources.
