This remote US position invites a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the packaging artwork process for a leading snack brand, coordinating across teams and timelines.

You will partner with production, prepress, and client teams to ensure accurate art, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while guiding workflow

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Adobe CS proficiency or certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of artwork management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, changing environment.
• Comfortable interacting with printers, suppliers, and clients.
• Forward thinking and improvement-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end packaging artwork workflow with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team leads to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage high-volume project timelines and task management.
• Communicate key timelines and priorities to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues between management, internal departments, and clients.
• Partner with internal teams in a positive, professional way.
• Lead pre-production calls with technical print production managers.
