Job summary

SGX, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Project Manager to oversee packaging artwork projects at a client's Midtown Manhattan site (4 days on-site, 1 day remote). You will coordinate with clients, design firms, printers, and internal teams to ensure printability and timely delivery.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and budgeting skills, with annual pay in the six-figure range for the NYC market. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• 3+ years progressive project coordination experience.
• Willing to travel locally, nationally or internationally.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, agencies, and operations during artwork development and pre-press.
• Lead pre-production meetings and print trials when feasible for complex projects.
• Manage estimating, purchase orders, and ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Respond promptly to clients and build rapport and trust.
• Lead and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Document critical information affecting quality and timelines.
• Participate in process improvement and production meetings.
• Verify data against supplied artwork and manage multiple project timelines.
