Job summary

Propelis is seeking an Onsite Artwork Project Manager, Packaging to oversee the full lifecycle of packaging projects for a leading snack brand. You will coordinate artwork production and prepress remotely with the SGX production team, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands strong project management, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with 2–3 years packaging/artwork experience preferred. This is a remote US position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experiencerequired.
• Fully conversant with Adobe CS is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of artwork management systems.
• Able to work in a complex, changing environment with multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end workflow of packaging artwork from a highly detailed perspective.
• Collaborate with team leaders to manage client expectations on scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage high-volume project timelines and related task management.
• Oversee and communicate key timelines and priorities.
• Act as liaison between management, internal departments and clients to troubleshoot problems.
• Partner with internal teams in a constructive way.
• Lead pre-production calls with technical print production managers.
