Job summary

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Project Manager to oversee key packaging artwork projects, communicating specifications and supporting production across design firms, sales, and on-site personnel. This hybrid role requires regular in-office presence and effective cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes managing client relationships, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining project timelines with attention to detail in artwork quality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Some College preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in Print/Comping/Sales Sample or POP/POS industry
• Ability to read work instructions and business memos
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Consult with On-Site Personnel and/or Client during artwork development and pre-press execution
• Lead pre-production meetings when feasible for high complexity projects
• Manage key accounts and respond to client requests in a timely manner
• Communicate artwork issues to clients and stakeholders
• Document information impacting quality and timelines
• Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently
• Order entry and ensure orders are complete when delivered to production
