Job summary

SGX Graphics seeks a Project Manager 3 to support the Innovations team on-site with a global client in St. Louis, MO. You will coordinate packaging production, manage schedules, and communicate with on-site personnel, sales and clients to ensure printability of artwork.

Fluency in English and Spanish preferred; 5–10 years in prepress/packaging/print is ideal. The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and ability to work independently after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5–10 years’ prepress/packaging/print experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in design, print or production art industry.
• Reading work instructions and business memos with comprehension.
• Proofreading skills required.
• Ability to work independently after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with on-site personnel or client during artwork development and pre-press execution.
• Attend pre-production meetings as feasible.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Maintain professional relationships with client, design firms, and printers.
• Communicate artwork issues to client and stakeholders.
• Document critical information affecting quality.
• Participate in process improvement and production meetings.
• Verify data accuracy against supplied art.
• Manage project timelines.
• Communicate received/shipped art to on-site personnel and sales; use client database.
• Understand client’s deliverables and rework process.
• Notify management of issues; ensure order entry completeness.
