Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to liaison between the agency and a dedicated client, working from our near site office. You will develop project briefs with client teams and revise timelines to keep projects moving from start to finish.

You will lead cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Traffic, Lead Designers, Copywriter, and Production Artists to ensure flawless execution, adherence to brand style guidelines, and on-time delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of Production/Project Management experience in a design, packaging, or engineering agency environment preferred.
• Understanding of the creative and production process and CPG/packaging design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the dependable and trusted day-to-day primary point of contact for assigned client/agency work, including photo process and artwork development management.
• Develop and build strong, long-lasting relationships with client/agency/vendor teams.
• Proactively anticipate workload, schedule project brief kick-off meetings, initiate projects in PM tools, and manage timelines with vendors.
• Learn and understand the product life cycle, workflow, and development phases to manage deliverables and meet client expectations.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with all teams to ensure timely progress and deadlines.
• Engage with Lead Designers and Production Artists to track progress and keep all parties informed; reschedule or adjust expectations as needed.
• Escalate issues to the Account Director and communicate workload demands to optimize resources.
