MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics coordinator to assist customers with inland transportation of cargo by rail or truck. The role requires on‑site presence five days a week in New Orleans.

You will monitor information using MSC systems, MS Excel and Power BI, liaise with intermodal customers, US customs and MSC departments globally, and help drive process efficiencies through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with inland transportation of cargo by rail and/or truck.
• Liaises with intermodal customers, US customs and MSC departments globally as needed.
• Monitors information using MSC systems and MS Excel/Power BI.
• Communicates quickly and effectively with vendors and customers.
• Analyzes data to improve performance and implement efficiencies.
• Provides timely responses to inquiries regarding transportation status.
• Escalates complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Ensures adherence to corporate guidelines in all inquiries.
• Presence on-site five days per week; performs other duties as assigned.
