Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company (USA) Inc. is seeking an on-site Intermodal/Equipment Customer Service professional to manage inquiries from customers and vendors nationwide, maintaining records and ensuring high-quality service. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

You will collaborate with teams, maintain MSC systems, and stay current on Dynamics 365 CS processes. This role requires five days on site per week and offers comprehensive company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong customer orientation and dependability.
• Good organization and time management.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High productivity and teamwork oriented.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proficient with MS Excel and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Fields Intermodal / Equipment questions from customers and vendors, nationwide.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Responds timely and accurately to inquiries per guidelines; generates solutions and escalates complex issues when needed.
• Maintains updated records of customers & vendors interactions in MSC Systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 CS).
• Maintains knowledge of Dynamics 365 CS functionalities for Intermodal/Equipment activities and workflows.
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week.
• Performs other duties as required.
