Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is seeking a detail-oriented Import Customer Service professional to handle US import inquiries via Dynamics and phone. You will ensure accurate case categorization and timely responses, contributing to data integrity and excellent customer experience.

On-site five days a week in New Orleans, you will collaborate with Import CS Management and ICS teams to align goals and drive performance while following established processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the import process preferred.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
• Basic data entry and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle general import inquiries directed to the US – CS Import queue in Dynamics and phone calls.
• Ensure cases are categorized with necessary information for data integrity.
• Redirect inquiries to appropriate parties when needed.
• Complete assigned tasks before breaks, lunch, or end of day.
• Ensure inquiries are handled through to resolution to maintain CX quality.
• Maintain productivity and service level standards.
