Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a global IT organization.
• Experience supporting logistics operations including infrastructure and SAP.
• Experience with Office 365 tools (Office, Teams, Delve, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across IT environment, collaborating with helpdesk, remote teams and applications teams.
• Frontline support for logistics center and 3rd party logistics team.
• Resolve IT service issues promptly with minimal business impact.
• Participate in initiatives to improve Logistics IT effectiveness with other teams.
• Coordinate risk assessments for unique logistics apps and hardware.
