Job summary

Braun Intertec in Bloomington, MN is seeking a project assistant to provide on-site administrative support to the geotechnical drilling department and other areas as needed.

Key duties include maintaining DOT inspection data, scheduling staff inspections, compiling drilling production logs, invoicing support, and coordinating travel, meetings, and project documentation; growth opportunities across four levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT inspection data and coordinate expirations with supervisors.
• Schedule staff DOT physicals and inspections.
• Compile drilling production data from logs and DPRs.
• Track and report project completion for audit processes.
• Assist with travel arrangements and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
• Support MDH compliance duties and internal documentation.
