You will collaborate with hiring managers, post roles, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The role emphasizes handling multiple openings independently, delivering timely offers, and maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience managing the full recruiting process from requisition through offer.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working with hiring managers and holding process accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Post positions and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Review resumes and determine candidate fit.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and provide recommendations.
