Job summary

Calculated Hire is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts and help drive an efficient, compliant hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while ensuring timely progression through the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting and full-cycle hiring processes.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive efficient, compliant hiring.
• Familiarity with Workday and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Create, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular updates on candidate status and recruitment progress for leadership.
