You will manage endpoint, mobility, and infrastructure tech, ensuring uptime for distribution center operations. Requires strong Windows, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and ITSM experience.

The role is onsite with responsibilities spanning deployment, troubleshooting, and collaboration with multiple tech teams to maintain reliable technology across the DC.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in related fields
• High School Education or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Intune, SCCM/MECM, SOTI MobiControl
• Strong hardware lifecycle and IT service management skills

Responsibilities

• Onsite IT support at Distribution Center and field tech during operations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues affecting DC
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests in ITSM
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deployments
