Job summary
ICE is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support and maintain multi-state enterprise systems, end-user computing, and IT infrastructure. You will mentor staff, work with leadership on initiatives, and ensure cyber and operational efficiency across Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio offices.
The role requires a strong background in Windows/M365, Azure AD, Intune, Autodesk software, and Cisco networks, with travel up to 20%.
Qualifications
- Associate or higher IT education with strong hands-on enterprise IT experience.
- Ten years of progressively responsible enterprise IT support.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, relevant Microsoft certs.
- Experience administering Windows/M365, Azure AD, Intune/EMS.
- Experience with Autodesk engineering software and Cisco networking.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows/M365, AD, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
- Provide Tier II/III support for desktops, devices, printers, and networks.
- Lead deployments, imaging, device provisioning, and asset management.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on security, efficiency, and projects.
