Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer (Infrastructure Operations) to provide onsite IT support at our Justin, TX Distribution Center.

The role covers desktop, mobile, and infrastructure technologies, ensuring stability and reliability of business-critical systems. You will collaborate with Remote Operations, Desktop Engineering, and Networking teams to deploy and support technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in related fields
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in Intune, SCCM/MECM, and SOTI MobiControl

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting for DC technology environments.
• Deploy, configure, image, and support desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and devices.
• Support warehouse RF devices and mobility solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for deployments and changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
