Silver Hill Energy Partners is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the friendly, in-person face of our IT department at the Uptown Dallas office.

This on-site role supports both office staff and field users, collaborates with a third-party MSP for higher-level issues, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Bring solid Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 skills; you will diagnose, repair, and document issues, while helping with internal data projects when tickets slow.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and end-user hardware.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management, password resets).
• Practical experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to grow into Level 3 responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users with in-person support.
• Manage and resolve tickets; escalate to MSP when needed.
• Set up and troubleshoot end-user hardware and peripherals.
• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 apps and proprietary software.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
