Job summary

DHL eCommerce Solutions is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to provide enterprise‑level IT support at a major distribution center hub, serving as the onsite resource and coordinating with centralized IT teams and vendors. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues, install and configure applications and equipment, and support Windows and Android devices.

The role requires strong customer service, proactive problem solving, and the ability to travel to remote sites

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT point of contact across multiple sites, ensuring critical IT systems remain operable.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues via the incident-management system.
Install, replace, configure, and support Windows desktops/laptops, printers, handheld scanners, Office apps, Android devices, and MDM solutions.
Coordinate with centralized IT teams and approved vendors to resolve incidents and restore services.
Document customer contacts, troubleshooting activities, issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the incident management system.
Meet or exceed SLAs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Travel to assigned sites to evaluate IT readiness and support peak-season deployments.
