Job summary

Hydro Systems Co. is seeking a Service Technician II to support onsite operations in Jenks, Oklahoma. You will assist in the daily workflow of the service group, schedule RMAs, validate tests, perform field diagnostics and repairs, and provide on-site customer support as needed.

This role emphasizes safety, problem solving, LEAN process improvements, and mentoring newer technicians, with a discretionary bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a safety-focused, positive, professional attitude and communications always within and outside TWG and / or Dover OPCS, both domestically and internationally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and address issues proactively.
• Willingness to learn and apply LEAN process improvement concepts as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily workflow of the Service group, including scheduling RMAs, Validation Test, service calls, or other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
• Provide root cause analysis data to applicable departments and repair parts/assemblies performing mechanical tasks.
• Write detailed repair procedures and/or test reports and maintain in the Test Procedure library/Standards Library.
• Write RMAs for units to be returned for repair or credit and prepare sales orders for RMA repairs.
• Provide field support as assigned, including on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales, and customer presentations.
• Keep records of service calls, sales orders, RMAs, warranties and credits as directed and required.
• Serve as trainer and mentor to new technicians in the area as needed.
