Job summary

TWG is seeking a Service Technician II to support our Jenks, Oklahoma service group. The role involves on-site diagnostics, repairs, and field support, with responsibilities including scheduling RMAs, writing procedures, and producing test reports.

You will mentor newer technicians, contribute to LEAN improvements, and maintain records of service activities, warranties and credits while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• Must show safety-focused, professional attitude in all interactions.
• Willingness to learn and apply LEAN concepts.
• Able to conduct root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Provide field support and on-site diagnostics when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily workflow of Service group; schedule RMAs and validation tests.
• Prepare repair procedures and test reports; manage RMAs for repair/credit.
• Provide on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales, and customer presentations.
• Record service calls, sales orders, RMAs, warranties and credits.
• Mentor and train new technicians in the area as needed.
