Job summary

TWG is seeking an Onsite Service Technician II in Jenks, Oklahoma, to support diagnostics, repairs and field service activities at our Jenks facility. The role involves writing repair procedures, processing RMAs, and assisting with technical training as needed.

You will contribute to lean process improvements, safety compliance and performance metrics while providing high-quality customer service during field visits and on-site service tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a safety-focused, professional and respectful attitude.
• Ability to recognize problems and apply root-cause analysis.
• Open to learning new skills and applying LEAN process improvements.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily workflow of the Service group, including RMAs and service calls.
• Provide field support with on-site diagnostics and repairs.
• Write repair procedures and test reports for the library.
• Maintain records of service calls, RMAs, warranties and credits.
• Serve as trainer/mentor to new technicians as needed.
