Job summary

Dover Corporation’s TWG service team in Jenks, Oklahoma is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to support the Service group with RMAs, diagnostics and on-site repairs. You will contribute to root cause analysis and develop repair procedures while maintaining thorough records and supporting field operations.

The role requires a safety-focused attitude, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn LEAN concepts.

Qualifications

• Must have a safety-focused, positive, professional attitude and communications.
• Ability to recognize problems and demonstrate problem solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills; apply LEAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily workflow of Service group including RMAs, validations, service calls.
• Provide root cause analysis data to applicable departments.
• Repair parts and assemblies; write repair procedures and test reports.
• Write RMAs for units to be returned for repair or credit; prepare sales orders.
• Provide field support including on-site diagnostics, repairs, part sales and customer presentations.
• Maintain records of service calls, orders, RMAs, warranties and credits.
• Mentor new technicians as needed.
