Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is hiring a Service Technician to service customers remotely within the region. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair industrial air systems, and install compressor setups. Travel to customer sites and occasional training in Rock Hill, SC are required.

You will work in a safety-conscious environment, use company-provided tools, and support customers with informed repair options. We value independence, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, drains, controllers, low pressure blowers.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Absorb higher learning including VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment pads.
• Communicate options for repairs and upgrades to customers.
• Fill out service reports, startup forms, warranty forms, and parts return documents.
• Attend training at Air Academy with Senior Technicians.
• Promote safety and PPE usage.
• Respond to customer needs while meeting expectations.
• Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call with travel to sites.
