Job summary

Desoutter Tools seeks a Field Service Engineer to support customers onsite in Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot advanced tooling and automation systems, and deliver training to customers and internal teams.

You will travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada, with occasional trips to Mexico, and work independently at customer facilities. A STEM background and 5+ years of relevant experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• 5+ years implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong skills configuring low-code applications and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across hardware and software.
• Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
• Document daily work using company systems with safety and quality in mind.
