You will travel to customer sites within your region to install, commission, perform preventative maintenance, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment, delivering world-class support.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 60%

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• US Driver's License required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% locally and 40% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installations, commissioning, preventative maintenance, or calibrations.
• Provide on-site world-class technical support.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, programming, and repairs.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations.
• Prepare detailed reports and capture costs.
• Interface with customers and internal teams.
