Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in Randolph, MA, ensuring safe and efficient installations, inspections, and safety issue remediation on Company and customer equipment. The role interfaces with customers and may involve work at multiple sites using diverse technologies.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and hands-on mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Water treatment experience highly preferred.
• HVAC experience highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical work experience.
