Xylem is seeking an Expert Field Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance at customer facilities. The role involves troubleshooting advanced equipment, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel components, and ensuring safety and quality in every service action.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years of technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, diesel, and/or fusion experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex field systems with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems across multiple units and sites.
• Manage parts inventory and coordination with customers and team members.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior technicians when needed.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
