Job summary

Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company seeking an Expert Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

You will work with advanced systems, troubleshoot mechanics, electrical and diesel equipment, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage parts inventory while ensuring safety. Travel 50–80% is required, with potential for leadership responsibilities and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of obtaining CDL Class A or B with endorsements.
• 3 to 7 years of technical work experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card and customer clearances.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot multi-system field equipment.
• Lead/coach junior technicians and work with teams.
• Travel 50%-80% to customer sites.
