Job summary

Atlas Copco in Nashville is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and repair Desoutter and Chicago Pneumatic industrial tools at customer facilities, with hands‑on work onsite.

You will troubleshoot software and mechanical systems, provide technical training, and travel across the U.S., Canada, and sometimes Mexico, to support installations and preventive maintenance while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in technical, manufacturing or software field.
• 5+ years implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills configuring low-code applications and implementing Pivotware/DeMeter/Nexonar/ARG, and tightening systems.
• Excellent problem solving abilities with diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Desoutter and Chicago Pneumatic tools and software solutions.
• Configure and support Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening systems.
