Job summary

Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on support at customer sites in Anderson, SC. This onsite role focuses on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial tools and software-enabled solutions.

You will work closely with customers to resolve technical challenges, deliver training, and minimize downtime, with frequent travel across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years in software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong in configuring low-code applications and Pivotware/DeMeter/Nexonar/ARG.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities using diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools.
• Outstanding communication and customer service for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Desoutter and Chicago Pneumatic tools and software solutions.
• Configure and support Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and calibration of DC electric tools, air tools, quality tools, and related equipment.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure effective solution adoption.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and software-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document service activities and build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional support.
