Desoutter Industrial Tools seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to support customer manufacturing environments at a Memphis, TN / Olive Branch, MS site. You will diagnose, repair, calibrate and maintain Desoutter’s assembly and tightening systems, ensuring high equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Travel across the United States, Canada, and occasionally Mexico is required. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong communication with customer teams, and adherence to calibration

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in troubleshooting, maintaining or repairing industrial equipment.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel across the United States, Canada, and occasional Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Desoutter systems to minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support to resolve production line challenges promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration activities to uphold standards.
• Build strong relationships with customer teams and offer clear technical guidance.
• Use data analytics to identify improvements and support continuous enhancements.
