Job summary

Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to directly impact customer success and innovation. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and train on Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening systems at customer sites in Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS.

The role requires strong problem-solving, independent work, excellent communication, and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada, with remote work only when not on a site assignment.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software-related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills in configuring low-code applications and implementing Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening systems.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities, with diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to train customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
• Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
• Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.
