Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years related experience.
• Biotechnology/Biomedical industry knowledge preferred or applicable military experience.
• Familiarity with field optical alignments, robotics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems.
• Technical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Illumina instrumentation on-site.
• Manage SFDC cases and administrative tasks with quality and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with accounts and service teams.
• Lead site meetings and report metrics on instrument performance and downtime.
