Job summary

Via Field Manager is based in Denver, onsite 4-5 days a week, overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, reliable transit for riders. The role requires hands-on leadership, real-time decision making, and strong collaboration with drivers, city partners, and Via central teams.

You will use data to diagnose issues, implement improvements, and elevate rider experience while guiding drivers and fostering trusted relationships with local agencies.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in people management, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with drivers and city partners.
• Hands-on, in-the-field problem solver with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run daily onsite operations to provide safe, reliable service.
• Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, compliance, and rider needs.
• Guide and support drivers to deliver great service.
• Turn rider feedback into actionable operational improvements.
• Use data to diagnose issues and improve efficiency and rider experience.
• Bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via central teams.
