Job summary

Answers in Genesis is seeking a Field Support Technician to deliver on-site IT support across multiple locations in Kentucky. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and peripheral issues, support POS and OT systems, and keep our users productive with strong customer service and timely incident management.

The role requires an Associate degree in IT, 3+ years in field or end-user computing, and willingness to travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a multi-user environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software per enterprise standards.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve incidents and document resolutions.
