• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between Jeffersonville and Clay City, KY and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line onsite technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, move, add, change, and dispose of IT equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Teams related issues.
• Coordinate with remote teams and document in ticketing system.
