Cube Hub Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Field Service Coordinator / Service Dispatcher to coordinate customer service requests, schedule and dispatch field technicians, and oversee service activities from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in field service operations, technician scheduling, dispatching, and customer relationship management. This role aims to ensure timely service delivery, efficient resource utilization, and high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, field service operations, dispatching, or service administration.
• Experience scheduling and coordinating field technicians or service personnel.
• Experience handling customer service requests and coordinating service activities.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Receive and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled customer service and inspection requests.
• Evaluate customer requirements and assign technicians or leads based on service needs.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians while maximizing productivity.
• Communicate service plans, schedules, and updates to customers.
• Monitor technician schedules and ensure service activities are completed on time.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, service records, and scheduling documentation.
• Reconcile and close service requests daily.
• Assist with preparing labor and material quotations, service billing, and change orders.
• Coordinate warranty claims and other service-related administrative tasks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual service execution plans.
• Support business reviews with service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction data.
• Assist with forecasting, billing, and accounts receivable follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide guidance to customer service assistants when needed.
