Job summary

Axon seeks builders who own outcomes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This embedded role makes you the primary owner of customer outcomes within strategic accounts, accountable for deployment, adoption, and ongoing success on site using Axon's platform.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales, establishing trusted relationships with agency leadership and operations staff while shaping measurable mission outcomes and field intelligence to influence product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• Proven ability to deploy complex solutions in mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with CJIS compliance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, configuring and extending systems in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse.
• Coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services when builds fail.
• Build AI-powered workflows that solve defined agency problems and drive adoption.
