Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Administrator for a full-time on-site role at North County San Diego, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.

The successful candidate will support an active project with administrative tasks including payroll processing, vendor coordination, and document control. Strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Oracle/Bluebeam Revu/LCPtracker, and Spanish language ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, and LCPtracker preferred.
• Accounting or Federal Certified payroll experience preferred.
• Construction Industry experience is preferred.
• Fluently bilingual in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for an active project on a military base.
• Process Federal certified payroll and manage project vendors.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain project document control.
• Assist with base access requests and meeting minutes.
