• Strong understanding of construction documents and construction contract administration.
• Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and the use of materials and assemblies.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the North Carolina and South Carolina region.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working on an active construction site.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with construction documents
• Collaborate with Principals and project teams to support successful project delivery
• Work directly with contractors on-site to monitor construction progress and quality
• Apply knowledge of codes, materials, and construction methods to identify and resolve issues in the field
• Represent the firm professionally throughout all phases of construction
