TeleSolv Consulting, LLC has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a General Clerk III onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Tier 4 Public Trust background investigation.

You will perform applicant check-in, identity verification, document review, and data entry. This position is based in Pittsburgh and involves routine interactions with the public and government staff.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Willing to undergo an intense background check.
• Active Tier 4 Public Trust, or ability to obtain one.
• Two years of general administrative experience with customer interface.
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PPT, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio).
• Two years of related undergraduate study may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in applicants.
• Verify identity and required documents.
• Maintain up-to-date information for program requirements and enrollment process.
• Notify Government inspection staff of adverse information.
• Check applicant information against government databases.
• Escort applicants to designated locations if needed.
• Provide performance reports.
• Compile data for daily CBP officer and contractor activity reports.
• Schedule interview appointments in internal systems.
• Assist the public with creating accounts and submitting online applications.
• Assist with membership card activation.
