Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a premier high-rise in downtown Miami, supporting nine leased floors. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, relationship-building, and a white-glove workplace experience in a Class A environment.

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while delivering operational excellence. Proactive, hospitality-minded leadership is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management experience, with a focus on day-to-day operations and vendor performance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; certifications like FMP/CFM are advantageous.
• Experience developing, managing, and monitoring operating and capital budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and connect with client stakeholders.
• Lead capital and operating projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee safety programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoicing processes.
• Provide training on facility operations and safety protocols.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE's RISE values.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and implement improvements.
