Responsibilities

• Develop and execute facilities team vision with Senior Facilities Manager.
• Oversee property operations to protect, maintain, and improve client site value.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Maintain operating budgets and achieve cost savings within constraints.
• Promote safety-driven culture with timely training and best practices.
• Engage occupants on sustainability practices and work with the sustainability team.
