Job summary

CBRE's Facilities Management team in Midtown Manhattan seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support a premier technology client. This onsite role focuses on day-to-day facilities operations, work-order coordination, and collaboration with facilities managers, vendors, and tenants to deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.

You will manage purchase orders and vendor invoices, help maintain site standards, and provide responsive service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in related role.
• Experience supporting admin/operational processes incl. PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
• Proven customer service with professional, solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CMMS experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage open work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Dispatch work orders and coordinate service requests with technicians and vendors.
• Create and manage purchase orders in designated systems.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers on procedures and service expectations.
• Serve as point of contact for site-related inquiries.
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify facility-related issues.
• Follow established procedures and escalate when needed.
• Respond promptly to client requests and service needs.
• Support administrative tasks under facility management leadership.
